As the snow melts and the shoreline comes back to life, spring is the perfect time to rediscover Sarnia-Lambton. From peaceful nature walks and maple syrup festivals to romantic getaways and shopping local, there’s no shortage of ways to embrace the season.

A food trip through Sarnia-Lambton doesn't stay in one place. It moves — from a waterfront cafe in Point Edward to a craft brewery in Grand Bend, from a winery tucked into Thedford to a late-night bar and grill in Sarnia. The region has range, and the best way to experience it is to follow the appetite.

Refined Fool Brewing Company began the way most great ideas do — without a business plan, without investors, without a clear sense of what it was becoming. Just a group of people, some DIY equipment made from converted maple syrup drums, and a genuine love for making something worth drinking. That was the beginning. The middle is still being written.
