Tourism London is your one stop source for all local concerts, festivals, theatre, live music, sporting events and much more in London, Ontario.

Guidelines For Submitting Events

In order for your event to be featured on the Tourism Sarnia-Lambton events calendar, it must:

• Have a tourism focus, appeal to a large number of people and have the ability to draw visitors from beyond the immediate local area to Sarnia, Ontario
• Take place in Sarnia, Ontario or within 40km of Sarnia, Ontario
• Be an event or an activity in which tourists can participate. (Events requiring pre-registration aren’t appropriate unless the event attracts a significant number of spectators)

Events that will not be listed include:

• Camps (summer camps, day camps, PA Day camps, etc.)
• Casting calls/auditions, networking events
• Events that are political/religious in nature, or conflict with any applicable city by-laws or policies
• Garage sales, sidewalk sales, yard sales or used book sales
• Happy hours, retail sales, bar crawls, or dining specials
• Hospital, church or other bazaars or rummage sales
• Job, education or health fairs
• Lotteries, karaoke, bingo or trivia
• Open houses or homecomings
• Regularly scheduled courses, classes or events
• Virtual events

All events are approved at the discretion of Tourism Sarnia-Lambton based on the criteria noted above. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance. You will only be contacted if our staff require more information.

Important note: we reserve the right to edit or deny any submissions.

Event description requirements:

• Focus on the visitor experience - what makes your event fun, exciting, or memorable
• Keep it short and written in the third person

Your event will not be added automatically to the calendar when you click "Submit My Event."" All submissions will go through a review process to ensure they include all required information and meet the guidelines listed above. This review may take several business days, depending on when your submission is received. To give your event the best chance of being seen on the website, we recommend submitting it as early as possible, at least one week before the event.
