Paneer, a soft and light fresh Indian cheese (made from cow’s milk), adds aroma and flavour to the curries and is also high in protein.

At Sitara, all entrees are oozing of fresh flavours and are prepared fresh to the order allowing our cooking staff to get the spice or heat level as close to your liking or to your taste buds as possible. Normally butter chicken, korma’s are a bit mild to begin with. Rest of the curries are medium spiced about 5 on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being mild and 10 spicy. Just let our waiting staff know the spice or heat level and we will try to get it as close as possible to your liking.
