Extra large fully equipped eat-in kitchen that sits 6 with expansion to 8 possible, as well as small breakfast bar that seats 3; island for food prep,double sinks, dish washer, electric stove, all-frig, microwave, toaster oven, blender, steamer,etc. Full laundry facilities off of kitchen as well as rear deck with propane bbq and dining for 6.
Back yard has closed-in fireplace with seating area, additional picnic table at ground level; open firepit with separate seating area farther back; hammock amongst the tall oak trees. Plenty of off-street parking.
Beautful lot (75'x200') with perennial gardens and lots of shade with mature oak trees. Birds, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks are daily visitors!
Close to all local attractions: shopping, dining, golf, cross country skiing,boating,fishing, biking/hiking/walking trails, conservation areas, beaches the list is endless!
