Anna Landry
Watercolour became Anna's preferred medium after she took painting workshops in the early 80s, both in Toronto (O.C.A.)and in P.E.I. In August 1988, shortly before the birth of her son, Evan, there was an exhibition and sale of her work at Design Zone Gallery in Toronto. A two-week vacation in the sun in the mid-90s resulted in nine years spent living, working and painting on the island of Bequia, in the West Indies. Anna returned to live in Canada in 2004 and now resides in Grand Bend, Ontario with her Bequian dog, Marley. She finds much inspiration in the surrounding landscape and during frequent walks by Lake Huron. Anna feels very fortunate to be a member of the River Road Gallery.
